Job summary

CMVM - Clinical Sciences

Full-time: 35 hours per week

Fixed-term: until 31 July 2025

The Opportunity:

As HR Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to all staff within the Centre for Cardiovascular Sciences. You will work independently, delivering accurate advice and guidance on HR/staffing transactions and procedures. You will be the first point of contact for all queries related to the People & Money system (Oracle), providing technical support to users.

This position is available until 31 July 2025 (maternity cover). Secondments from within the University are welcome.

This is a full-time position (35 hours/week), with consideration for flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Your skills and attributes for success:
  • HNC/HND or CIPD qualification, or relevant experience
  • Good understanding of HR policies and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • High accuracy and attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
