Job summary

Confidential in West London is seeking an organised HR Administrator to join the People team. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts to maintaining records and handling HRIS updates, ensuring employees and managers receive excellent support.

With at least 6 months in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role, you will navigate HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and help drive smooth HR processes. 3–4 days in the West London office.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
• Experience using HRIS systems is essential, with Workday experience desirable.
• Confident maintaining accurate employee data and handling queries.

Responsibilities

• Support the wider HR team across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding and contracts and maintain records.
• Perform HRIS updates and respond to employee queries.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
