HR ADMINISTRATOR APPRENTICESHIP (Level 3) - 2 year contract

Joining the People Services team as a People Services Administrator, the HR Administrator Apprentice will provide first-line support to our People Advisors, Partners, and Managers, whilst working towards an industry-recognized qualification.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

For you to do this, we will need a few things from you…

You’ll need to demonstrate a desire to pursue a career within HR.

You will have no existing qualifications at Level 3 (A-level) or above in HR Support or a closely related subject, and will be able to commit to the course for the next two years. You may be required to sign a training plan which will serve as a contractual commitment to this.

You will need GCSEs (or an equivalent qualification) in both English and Mathematics at Grade C / 4 or above, or be willing and able to complete these to this standard prior to obtaining your qualification at the end of the apprenticeship.

You will be friendly yet professional in your communication, and keen to build strong and effective relationships with colleagues.

You will be IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

You will be based at our Head Office in Enderby, Leicester, with reasonable time allowed for study to be agreed with your line manager and apprenticeship tutor.
