Job description

HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month FTC, based in a prime Zone 1 location with excellent transport links and proximity to the City.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  2. Develop and maintain job descriptions, role requirements, and interview guides.
  3. Implement and oversee HR administrative processes, including record keeping, data management, and reporting.
  4. Conduct HR analytics to support decision-making and strategy improvement.
  5. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and workshops, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  6. Handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  8. Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and legislative requirements.
  9. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting employee engagement and retention.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR administration and talent acquisition, preferably in media or advertising.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion handling confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
