HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month FTC, based in a prime Zone 1 location with excellent transport links and proximity to the City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, role requirements, and interview guides.
- Implement and oversee HR administrative processes, including record keeping, data management, and reporting.
- Conduct HR analytics to support decision-making and strategy improvement.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and workshops, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and legislative requirements.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting employee engagement and retention.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration and talent acquisition, preferably in media or advertising.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Discretion handling confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
