A leading company in talent solutions is seeking an HR Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Swindon. Job Title: HR Administrator (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Swindon (Hybrid – 2 days in the office) Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. In this hybrid role, you will work 2 days per week in their Swindon office while the remainder of your schedule allows for remote work. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure data integrity. Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations. Provide excellent customer service to employees and address queries with professionalism. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent typing and note-taking skills. Passionate about building a career in HR. Previous experience as an HR Administrator, or a graduate with relevant work experience/internship, or a PA/Administrator seeking to transition into HR.
