University College School is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. The role involves maintaining HR records, drafting key documents, and assisting with staff benefits, DBS checks, and recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will work on-site, 5 days a week, with standard hours 9am–5pm, and report to the HR Advisor. DBS, payroll liaison, and strong organisational skills are essential.

The HR Administrator will report directly to the HR Advisor who provides support and advice to staff regarding a wide range of HR issues. The HR Advisor reports to the Senior HR Advisor who reports to the Director of HR & Compliance. The HR Administrator will also have a strong working relationship with both the Payroll Administrator and the other HR Administrator.

Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is £35,000. Benefits include 8 weeks of leave (inclusive of bank holidays and close down period over Christmas and Easter) and a contributory staff pension scheme. This is a requirement as the position is within a school working with children aged under 18.
