Are you looking to build on your HR experience and take your career further with a business that genuinely invests in its people?
Whether you're early in your HR career, have gained broad, hands-on experience working in an SME, or are looking for your next opportunity within a larger organisation, this could be just the move you're looking for.
I'm recruiting an HR Administrator for a highly successful, growing and well-established business in Doncaster, renowned for developing its people, recognising potential and providing opportunities for long-term career progression.
You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive HR team, with plenty of opportunity to broaden your knowledge, develop new skills and make a real contribution.
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play an important part in providing a professional, efficient and consistent HR service to employees and managers across the business.
Working alongside colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Reward and the wider HR function, your responsibilities will include:
There may also be opportunities to become involved in wider generalist HR and employee relations activities as the role develops.
The ideal HR Administrator will have a positive, proactive approach, a strong work ethic and, above all, genuinely enjoy being part of a team.
This is a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change, so we’re looking for someone who:
Ideally, you’ll have at least 12 months' practical HR administration experience, although we’re interested in hearing from candidates with different backgrounds.
Perhaps you’re a graduate with some HR experience, an established HR Administrator or HR Coordinator, or an HR generalist from an SME who would welcome the support and development opportunities of a larger organisation.
Equally, you may already work within a larger HR function and be looking for greater variety and the opportunity to progress.
Experience of HRIS or payroll systems would be advantageous, as would a CIPD qualification or working towards one.
If you’re looking for a business where you can develop your career, work alongside good people and make a genuine contribution, I’d love to hear from you.
