You’ll earn a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required

Maintain and update the recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications

Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records

Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period

Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Good use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively

Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
