A leading recruitment agency in London seeks an HR Administrator to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, scheduling interviews, and handling compliance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of HR experience in financial or professional services and strong analytical skills. This position offers a competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ HR experience in a boutique financial and/or professional services.
  • Demonstrable exposure to a broad HR remit, liaising with multiple stakeholders.

The Job

Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

What would I be doing day to day?
  • Supporting the HR Manager with the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Scheduling interviews and gaining feedback and other recruitment administration.
  • Assist with right to work checks, preparing offer documents and organising inductions and onboarding presentations.
  • Support the HR Manager with Performance reviews and compliance.
  • Champion HR Data; monitor and update relevant data changes, track absences and holidays and utilise the system to pull necessary People data reports for the HR Manager including but not limited to Performance driven HR metrics.
  • Support with wider ad hoc HR projects as the company continues to grow.
