An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to join a growing and forward-thinking professional services firm based in Farnham.

This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with previous HR administration experience /qualification who’s looking to further develop their HR career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to promotions and leavers
  • Managing the central HR inbox and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring HR systems are up to date and compliant
  • Coordinating inductions and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong admin and organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems
