Equans is looking for an HR Administration Manager to join our team on a 24-month FTC basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and benefits.
The HR Administration Manager oversees effective administration of processes such as Hire to Retire, employee vetting, data management, and occupational health, driving continuous improvement through innovation and best practices.
This role leads a team of 21, supporting key stakeholders in the UK Business Unit to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives to maximize business performance.
The role reports to the Head of Employee Services and is a key leader within Employee Services, deputizing as needed.
