Job Description:

Equans is looking for an HR Administration Manager to join our team on a 24-month FTC basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and benefits.

The HR Administration Manager oversees effective administration of processes such as Hire to Retire, employee vetting, data management, and occupational health, driving continuous improvement through innovation and best practices.

This role leads a team of 21, supporting key stakeholders in the UK Business Unit to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives to maximize business performance.

The role reports to the Head of Employee Services and is a key leader within Employee Services, deputizing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support UK Business Unit strategy and payroll projects.
  • Ensure excellent employee experience through HR services meeting SLAs & KPIs, compliant with legislation and policies.
  • Maintain process controls supporting Cybersecurity, Ethics, and GDPR.
  • Address process issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR & IT teams for process improvements.
  • Keep process documentation current and understood.
  • Handle escalations and provide expert guidance on HR legislation and compliance.
  • Work with Payroll to streamline processes and ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate salary review updates and manage transitions related to contracts.
