As our HR Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues across our Trust by managing employee lifecycle administration and maintaining our HR systems. You will be responsible for producing employee contractual documentation, processing employee changes and ensuring our records, systems and platforms remain accurate, compliant and regularly reviewed for data quality. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys administration, has exceptional attention to detail, takes pride in maintaining accurate records, and can confidently identify and resolve discrepancies within data and processes.
