Job Description - HR Admin Assistant (00125891)

Job title:

HR Admin Assistant (Part-time, 3 days a week: Wednesday - Friday)

Location:

Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Scheduling interviews using tools such as MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  2. Raising job requisitions, ensuring accuracy, and following procedures.
  3. Handling queries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Supporting stakeholders with internal recruitment processes, including diary management.
  5. Managing processes in a highly organized and structured manner.
  6. Participating in and carrying out process improvements.
Your skills and experiences:
  1. Supporting multiple stakeholders effectively.
  2. Excellent diary management skills.
  3. Strong administrative skills.
  4. Proven experience with Excel, including data management and VLOOKUPs.
  5. Experience in process management.
