Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an HPC Engineer for a long-term contract with a Tier 1 Banking client. The role focuses on high performance computing and grid services, delivering design and operational readiness for distributed compute environments.

The position is onsite 3 days per week in Birmingham or Sheffield, with a daily rate of 400.00–500.00 GBP and contract terms. Prior PoC workload management experience is beneficial for success in this role.

Our Tier 1 Banking client are seeking a High performance computing engineer ( HPC ) for a long term contracting position of theirs.

Overview

The HPC and Grid Services team provides distributed compute services to a range of internal technology and business functions. We deliver managed grid services from design and engineering through to operational readiness and support. We are running a Proof of Concept (PoC) to investigate workload management technologies for high-throughput compute.
