Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking an HPC & AI Application Performance Engineer to join our distributed UK team. You will analyse and optimise complex HPC/AI applications to maximise performance, scalability and value for customers.

This role involves on-site work with UK customers and remote collaboration across EMEA/LATAM. You will deliver technical workshops, share best practices, and contribute to tool development and research initiatives shaping the future of HPC and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• UK citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances for UK customer environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical expertise and support to major HPC and AI customer environments across EMEA and LATAM.
• Work on-site with UK customers and remotely with organisations across the wider region.
• Analyse customer applications and workloads to identify opportunities for performance improvement, optimisation, and scalability.
• Investigate complex software and infrastructure issues, acting as a trusted technical link between customer support teams and R&D.
• Support strategic HPC/AI bids and tenders with technical expertise.
• Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and presentations for customers and colleagues.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas across the team and wider HPC/AI community.
• Contribute to the development of tools, methodologies, and research initiatives that improve customer productivity and service delivery.
