University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse to lead and coordinate HPB services, including nurse-led clinics for benign HPB conditions and post-treatment surveillance (PIFU).

You will manage urgent suspected cancer referrals, develop new pathways, work with consultants and CNSs, and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the HPB pathway.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running nurse-led clinics within protocols and guidelines.
• Understanding of PIFU pathways is beneficial.
• Experience coordinating urgent cancer referrals and investigations.
• Evidence of leadership and service development.

• Coordinate, investigate and track HPB Urgent Suspected Cancer referrals.
• Lead development and delivery of nurse-led clinics for benign HPB conditions.
• Help establish surveillance and PIFU pathways for post-treatment HPB cancer patients.
• Collaborate with consultants, CNSs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
