Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in breast and hepatobiliary cancers at the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre. The post is permanent with 10 programmed activities (PA) and supports teaching, research, and service development.

The role involves joining established multidisciplinary teams and may require cross-site work across Trust sites to meet service needs, with travel time considered in line with terms.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration is required.
• MRCP or equivalent is expected.
• FRCR or equivalent is required.
• Entry on the Specialist Register (or expected within 12 months) is required.
• MD or PhD are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Join the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in breast and hepatobiliary cancers.
• Permanent post with 10 programmed activities (PA).
• Work within established multidisciplinary teams and contribute to service development, teaching and research.
• Engage in cross-site working across Bristol NHS Foundation Trust sites as needed.
