Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Housing Triage Officer for a 6-month contract in the East Midlands, with ASAP start. The role involves assessing complex housing applications in line with Housing Act legislation.

You will apply the Allocations Policy, make recommendations under homelessness law, and support decisions in a fast-paced environment. Pay is £20–£25 per hour, with a view to extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of homelessness legislation, Housing Act provisions and related regulations.
• Understanding of the Allocations Policy.
• Experience assessing complex homelessness applications and making recommendations.
