Lambeth Council is offering an initial temporary contract for a Housing Change & Improvement Lead, with a view to extension or permanent position for the right candidate. The role is on site minimum two days per week at SW2 1RW.

The post will develop and maintain the overall programme, coordinate the housing redesign workstream, produce the business case and manage governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating programmes and projects, ideally within a local authority, housing association, public sector or similar complex organisation.
• Proven ability to support service redesign, transformation or improvement programmes within Housing or local authority services.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Developing and maintaining the overall programme and project plan.
• Coordinating the Housing redesign workstream and tracking progress against milestones.
• Producing the business case, case for change and supporting documentation.
• Managing governance processes and reporting requirements.
• Facilitating meetings, workshops and engagement sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinating inputs from Housing leadership, HR and other corporate services.
• Tracking risks, dependencies, decisions and actions through to delivery.
• Supporting implementation and ensuring the programme stays on track.
