Job summary

P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking a Support Worker to provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick. You will act as a keyworker, building positive relationships, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and supporting independent living.

You’ll work with partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes and use our internal IT system to maintain accurate records and make thoughtful decisions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience supporting adults experiencing homelessness or in housing-related support environments is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick to deliver support services.
• Enhanced DBS check required and paid for by employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness within accommodation-based services across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick.
• Build positive relationships as a keyworker and encourage healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with partner organisations to help people achieve positive outcomes.
• Use internal IT system to keep clear, accurate records and support decision-making.
