P3 Charity in Coventry is seeking a Senior Support and Advice Worker to lead a small team and deliver tenancy sustainment support and housing advice for single adults. You will help manage the service with a focus on accessible, person-centred support and strong community partnerships.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a full UK driving licence. Travel is involved as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in tenancy support or housing services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Support and Advice Workers within the singles service.
• Deliver tenancy sustainment support and housing advice to single adults in Coventry.
• Assist the Service Manager in overall service management and delivery.
• Develop partnerships with local authority, housing providers and other agencies.
