Job summary

Brook Street are recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a respected housing provider in Bristol on a 2-month temporary contract. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, on-site in Bristol, with duties including managing tenant caseloads and properties, conducting tenancy visits and inspections, and liaising with external agencies.

This is an immediate-start role; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is

Qualifications

• Previous Housing Officer or similar experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required due to the immediate start date.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
