Leeds Irish Health & Homes (LIHH) is seeking a Housing Support worker to help vulnerable adults maintain accommodation and develop independent living skills. You will provide person-centred support and work with partner agencies to coordinate a responsive service across the city.
The role focuses on practical housing management, wellbeing, and inclusion, with responsibilities across visits to supported tenancies and office-based duties.
This is an excellent opportunity to join Leeds Irish Health & Homes (LIHH) as part of our Housing Support Service. You will work with vulnerable adults living in supported tenancies, helping them maintain their accommodation, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
The role combines practical housing management with person‑centred support, working closely with partner agencies to ensure tenants receive a coordinated and responsive service. You will play a key part in promoting wellbeing, independence, and inclusion within our community.

The role is based at our office: Broom Hill Centre, Nowell Court, Harehills, LS9 6TW. It also involves visiting our supported housing tenancies, which are single dispersed single tenancies, located across the city.
