Job summary

HULL AND EAST YORKSHIRE MIND in Bridlington is seeking a part-time Housing Support Worker to provide person-centered mental health and housing support in supported accommodation. You will help tenants maintain tenancies and build independence.

Working primarily on site with some travel around East Riding, you will collaborate with partner agencies to develop support plans, review progress, and support individuals to achieve their goals at their own pace.

• A good understanding of mental health and the challenges individuals may face
• Experience of supporting other individuals, ideally within a mental health or housing setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Bridlington (primarily site-based with some travel required within the East Riding)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (part time)

Salary: £14,870.70 per annum

Contract: Permanent
