Our residents come from a range of backgrounds and may be experiencing challenges including homelessness, mental health issues, addiction, and the effects of trauma.

About the Role

As a Support Officer, you will take the lead in delivering person-centred support, building positive relationships with residents and helping them develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to achieve and sustain independent living.

You will assess support needs, create and review tailored support plans, coordinate interventions, and work closely with partner agencies to help residents achieve positive outcomes.

A key focus of the role will be developing tenancy-related skills and supporting residents aged 16 - 25 to successfully maintain their accommodation.

Your Key Responsibilities
