Job summary

Sutton Housing Partnership seeks a Housing Support Manager to lead the Sutton Connect team, delivering short-term tenancy support to residents in Sutton. You will coordinate with residents and external stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes and high-quality customer service.

The role requires agile leadership, data-driven decision making, and a focus on continuous service improvement. The role offers a 1-year fixed term, 36-hour week, and band 4 pay with a generous leave entitlement and pension

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a dynamic service delivery team.
• Aware of changes in the housing sector and develop skills to meet new challenges.
• Positive approach to achieving key objectives and adapt to changing business needs.
• Plans ahead and uses time efficiently and effectively.
• Budget management experience with forecasting competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sutton Connect team to deliver short-term tenancy support interventions within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with residents and stakeholders (e.g., London Borough of Sutton, Age UK Sutton, Social services) to secure outcomes.
• Monitor performance using data insights and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and internal policies.
• Support service development to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
