Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Basic administrative and IT skills required to maintain records and in-house systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of a supported housing service.
• Log incidents to maintain accurate records of events.
• Clean and prepare rooms for new occupants and assist with tenancy-related matters.
• Assist with referrals, housing management tasks and day-to-day administration.
