You'll also help deliver group activities and encourage young people to have a voice in shaping the services they receive.

The role also includes supporting hostel operations through reception and administrative duties, preparing accommodation for new residents, maintaining records, and working with colleagues, landlords and contractors to ensure accommodation standards are met.

Who we’re looking for:
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Passionate about supporting vulnerable and socially excluded young people.
  • Understanding of safeguarding children and young people.
  • Experience of working with, or a good understanding of working with vulnerable young people.
