Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Ability to triage workload and maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of housing issues in the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Discussing repair issues with tenants and referrals to inspectors.
• Triaging issues with landlords and property managers.
• Processing housing licensing applications and council initiatives.
• Maintaining customer and case records in line with policies.
• Researching information using HM Land Registry and Companies House.
• Ensuring data protection and Freedom of Information compliance.
