Birmingham City Council is seeking an Accommodation Finding Officer to source and secure accommodation solutions within the private rented sector and with partner organisations. The role involves negotiating tenancy arrangements, assessing property suitability, and supporting tenancy setup while helping the council meet homelessness responsibilities.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, marketing, property or business development.
• Strong knowledge of property procurement and the private rented sector.
• Experience building relationships with landlords, customers and external stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and performance measures.
• Knowledge of property standards and housing-related legislation.
• Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• A full driving licence and the ability to travel across Birmingham.
