Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking a Housing Officer to join the Belfast Housing Solutions team at the Housing Centre in Belfast. Qualificações

• 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and manage customer enquiries using the telephony system.
• Triage and allocate work using the team's Board application.
• Monitor shared inboxes and provide timely written responses to customers.
• Draft responses to letters and complaints on behalf of the Business Area Manager.
• Make outbound calls to customers to gather information required for assessments.
• Set up and maintain databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor performance measures to support business understanding and improvement.
• Record outcomes accurately, ensuring actions are proportionate, lawful, auditable and necessary.
• Provide office cover and undertake other relevant administrative duties as required.
