Job summary

Blackpool Coastal Housing is recruiting two Housing Services Team Leaders to oversee Lettings and Rents teams. You will drive a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service, monitor performance, and lead staff through reviews and training.

Collaboration with BCH, Council departments and partners is essential to deliver seamless services, comply with legislation, and achieve positive outcomes for tenants.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with tenants in social housing.
• Experience of multi-agency and partnership working is desirable.
• Supervisory or management experience with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Lettings or Rents team to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor performance, analyse data, and report on KPIs and service improvements.
• Support staff through 1:1s, performance reviews and training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation and BCH policies.
