Job Title: Housing Services Manager

Join us as our Housing Services Manager and be part of a caring, forward-thinking team making a difference.

Position Details:

• Full time: 35 hours per week
• Permanent
• Office Location: Croydon
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days in office/on site, dependent on business needs
• Salary: £65,897
• Reports to: Director of Customers
• Benefits include: 25 days leave (+1 day increase after each year of employment), extra holidays for celebration days, matching pension, private healthcare and health plan, flexible working, and more.

About the Role:

We seek an exceptional individual passionate about delivering excellent services to residents. As the lead for Supported Housing and Older Persons Independent Living accommodation, you'll have the opportunity to shape and improve services and make a real difference.

Essential Requirements:

• DBS check, Right to Work, Driving license
• Extensive experience in social housing
• Staff management experience

What You Bring:

• Customer-focused approach with an understanding of customer needs
• Proven track record of delivering high standards and improvements
• Successful project management skills
• Experience in developing partnerships

Essential Skills & Criteria:

• Experience in supported/older persons housing
• Knowledge of legislation and good practice in housing/estate management
• Contract management, procurement, and compliance experience
• Policy and procedure development
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively, inspire others, adapt, and use initiative to achieve outcomes
