Job summary

Broxtowe Borough Council's Housing Repairs team is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Plasterer/Builder to maintain and repair the council's housing stock. You will perform patch plastering, rendering, brickwork repairs, tiling, concreting, and related maintenance tasks to keep homes safe and in good condition.

Most work will be in occupied properties, with some void properties requiring refurbishment to ready them for new tenants, all while delivering excellent customer service and

• Carry out plastering and building repairs across housing stock.
• Patch plastering, skimming, rendering, brickwork repairs, tiling and concreting.
• Work with tenants to minimise disruption and maintain safety standards.
