Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in social housing or property repairs.
• Experience working on planned works and refurbishment projects.
• Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance on properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out property inspections and repairs.
• Complete general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works to a high standard and on schedule.
• Check smoke alarms as part of property inspections.
• Meet landlords on site to gain access.
• Take ownership of tasks and aim for first-time completion within budget and time constraints.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
