Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Valid local drivers license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing support services for consumers in assigned houses.
• Implement and monitor the consumer IRP with the treatment team.
• Educate and support consumers in mental health and daily living skills.
• Assist with symptom self-monitoring and relapse prevention strategies.
• Document services and maintain timely, accurate records.
