Home Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an inspector to carry out pre- and post-inspections, coordinating with surveyors and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of works.

You will identify risks, review completed works, and provide clear inspection findings with technical advice to support decisions and customer satisfaction. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a Basic DBS may be required.

Qualificações

• ONC in construction (or NVQ Level 3) and relevant construction experience.
• Experience inspecting homes and giving clear, confident advice.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills to record and report findings.
• Knowledge of building and planning rules and the Decent Homes Standard.
• Full UK driving licence with confidence using access equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out pre and post inspections to ensure works meet quality, compliance and safety standards.
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors and internal teams to coordinate works and maintain delivery.
• Undertake health and safety inspections, identifying risks and ensuring contractor compliance.
• Review completed works, challenge workmanship where required, and drive defect resolution.
• Provide clear inspection findings and technical advice to support decision making and customer satisfaction.
