Job summary

Recruit So Simple Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Housing Management & Property Litigation Lawyer to join its expanding team. The role involves managing a varied caseload including possession proceedings, injunctions, ASB, disrepair and general property litigation.

You will have 2+ years PQE with housing management/property litigation experience, be commercially aware, and capable of supervising junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, FCILEx with Civil Litigation Practice Rights or Barrister.
• 2+ years PQE in housing management and/or property litigation.
• Confident running own caseload and managing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage own varied caseload including possession proceedings, injunctions and ASB matters, housing disrepair and property litigation.
• Provide housing management advisory work and policy input.
• Supervise junior staff and support client relationships, training and BD.
