Role: Housing First Project Lead
Contract Type: Fixed term/secondment until 31st March 2026
Working Hours: 37
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker - the post holder would be expected to be out visiting tenants and properties on a daily basis.
Salary: Grade H - £39,513 - £42,708 per annum

As the Housing First Project Lead, you will provide proactive, dedicated, and comprehensive casework management for Housing First and Housing Led tenancies. These initiatives allocate tenancies to individuals with complex needs, histories of rough sleeping, and cyclical homelessness, especially where traditional supported accommodation has not been effective.
Your responsibilities include managing these tenancies, ensuring properties are suitable, developing Housing Management plans to meet needs, and managing anti-social behaviour effectively.
