Contract Type: Fixed term/secondment until 31st March 2026

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker - the post holder would be expected to visit tenants and properties daily.
Salary: Grade H - £39,513 - £42,708 per annum

The Housing First Project Lead provides end-to-end casework management for Housing First and Housing Led tenancies, supporting individuals with complex needs who have experienced rough sleeping and cyclical homelessness.
You will manage these tenancies, ensure properties are suitable, develop Housing Management plans, and handle anti-social behaviour issues.
