Job summary

YMCA North Tyneside is seeking a Housing Partnerships Account Manager to oversee day-to-day relationships with external delivery partners delivering Supported Exempt Accommodation. The role covers travel across the UK and regular visits to partners while reporting to the Head of Housing Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing external delivery partners in housing.
• Strong track record in contract performance and governance.
• Solid understanding of RSH Consumer Standards and safety rules.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular operational reviews and quarterly compliance meetings with partners (CICs and commercial providers).
• Advise on RSH Consumer Standards and ensure health & safety compliance across partner operations.
• Oversee tenancy management processes.
• Monitor rent arrangements and coordinate invoicing and service charge reviews with Finance.
