The Housing Options Assistant role at Stevenage Borough Council sits within the busy Housing Options Team. The post involves initial assessment and triage of housing applications, acting as the first contact point for all approaches to the housing service, and providing in-depth housing advice with a focus on preventing homelessness.

You will need initiative to cope with varying workloads and participate in a DBS check and Values Based Interview.
