South Lanarkshire Council, Brandon Gate, Hamilton, is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver a comprehensive range of housing services to customers. The role requires knowledge of homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti-social behaviour, with strong IT and organisational skills.

You will need excellent communication to liaise with partner agencies and may be asked to travel using the Council's car pool scheme.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers, with experience in homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti-social behaviour.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to organise and prioritise workload in a changing environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
• Eligible to participate in car pool scheme and travel to alternative locations if required.
