Derby Homes is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to join our Housing Management team. You will be the main contact for residents in your area, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, resolving tenancy issues, and maintaining strong communities across Derby.
In this role you will conduct inspections, support tenants with access to benefits, work with repairs teams, and help identify local priorities with partner agencies to improve neighbourhoods and services for residents.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Housing Officer to join our Housing Management team at Derby Homes.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across a designated area. You'll work directly with tenants and residents, helping to resolve concerns, manage tenancies, maintain strong communities, and ensure our homes and neighbourhoods are well managed.
As a Housing Officer, you'll be the key point of contact for residents within your designated area, providing advice, support, and practical solutions across a wide range of housing matters.

Experience of housing management, tenancy management, customer service, community work, or a related environment would be advantageous, but we're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate the right skills, values, and commitment to our residents.
