Qualifications

• Experience in Housing Management, preferably for Registered Providers or Local Authorities.
• Experience supervising junior colleagues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and positive approach.
• Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Housing litigation and advisory work
• Possession proceedings, including ASB, subletting, succession and trespass
• Tenancy management and related advice
• Equality Act and public law matters
• Injunction proceedings
• Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures and tenancy agreements
