Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Housing Management Solicitor to join its national housing team. The role focuses on housing management matters for Registered Providers and Local Authorities, including litigation, possession proceedings, tenancy management and related advice.

You will bring experience in housing management, strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach. Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential in a supportive, flexible culture.

Qualifications

Housing Management Solicitor

A leading national law firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its growing Housing Management team.
The team acts for Registered Providers and Local Authorities on a broad range of housing management matters, including:

• Housing litigation and advisory work
• Possession proceedings, including ASB, subletting, succession and trespass
• Tenancy management and related advice
• Equality Act and public law matters
• Injunction proceedings
• Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures and tenancy agreements

About You

You will ideally have previous experience within a Housing Management team, preferably acting for Registered Providers or Local Authorities. You will also have:

• A genuine interest in the social housing sector
• Experience supervising junior colleagues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, proactive and positive approach
• Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
