Job summary

Taylor Root Dusseldorf, Birmingham-based, is seeking a Housing Management Solicitor to advise housing associations, local authorities, and private landlords on a range of housing management issues, including leasehold and tenancy disputes, possession claims, policy advice, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management law, ideally advising registered providers and/or landlords.
• Knowledge of tenancy, leasehold issues, enforcement actions, and related disputes.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• A proactive, organised approach with commercial awareness.
