Qualificações

• Experience in housing, residential lettings or property management.
• Excellent communication and IT skills, including Word/Excel.
• Willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as ARLA or CIH.

• Support Property Managers with day-to-day management of affordable housing portfolios.
• Assist in managing client portals and respond to housing management queries.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records and systems.
