Dacorum Borough Council is seeking an experienced Insight and Assurance Officer to join the Impact, Insight and Strategy Team. This permanent role focuses on turning performance data into actionable insights to improve housing services and regulatory compliance.

You will develop, validate and report performance information, and present quarterly insights via Power BI dashboards, contributing to continuous improvement and resident outcomes. A driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance management, assurance or regulatory work in housing or a regulated environment.
• Ability to interrogate datasets, identify trends and translate findings into clear insight.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) with ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate, analyse and report key performance information (e.g., TSMs).
• Coordinate and submit statutory and regulatory returns.
• Create and present quarterly performance insights via Power BI dashboards.
• Support assurance, audit and inspection activity and maintain audit-ready evidence.
• Maintain data dictionaries and evidence logs for the assurance library.
• Analyse complaints outcomes and performance for service improvement.
