Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are hiring a Housing Business Intelligence Analyst to help shape the PAC insight offer and deliver sophisticated analytics for housing services.

The role reports to the Senior Housing Project Manager within the Property Assets and Compliance Team. It is a hybrid position with 3 days in Wenham Office and up to 2 days from home, supporting residents and colleagues with high-quality performance information.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/HNC/degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to contextualize performance information to drive improvements.
• Capacity to analyze complex data and draw actionable conclusions for service delivery.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports users can interact with.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver data products to support operational teams.
• Ensure high-quality performance information across Housing Operations and Compliance.
• Provide advice on best practices and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain, upgrade and manage data systems, software, hardware and networks.
